John Dworak, Jr. President, has a B.S. in Personnel & Industrial Management from the University of Hawaii, is certified as a Colorado State General Appraiser, CCIM Member, and a licensed real estate Broker. He has owned environmental construction businesses in Colorado Springs and Hawaii and has experience in banking and appraisal. His unique background offers our clients both a rich network of business contacts and a keen ability to analyze a deal for its maximum value. John loves a challenging deal, cross country skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking , and jogging.

Dr. Betty Konarski, Vice President of Administration and Finance, brings 30 years in property management both in the private sector shopping center industry and the not-for-profit sector in university campus management. She has also owned her own retail business in Washington. A transplant from the Pacific Northwest, she has captured the Colorado Spirit by taking on mountain biking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.

Stuart Sloat, Broker Associate, continues the theme of vagabond brokers having lived in Nepal and Norway and traveled from New Hampshire to Colorado to obtain his B.A. in History and Political Science from Colorado College. He refocused his career toward real estate and began to renovate the Victorian Homes prolific in Colorado Springs. After 5 years in the residential market he has expanded his experience base to include small multi-family units. Stuart contributes to the sports focus of the firm with rock and ice climbing, cycling, hiking and anything that allows him to get out into the mountains.
